Arrival Procedures - Please read and share with your family.

· All students enter through the BACK entrance between 7:30 and 8:00am.

· The school is not responsible for any students dropped off before 7:30 am.

· No student may leave campus after arrival without administration permission and or parents written permission.

· Classes begin at 8:00 am for elementary, middle and high school.

· Late Arrivals:

o The back entrance closes at 8:05 am

o Students who arrive after 8:05 am must report to the front office with their parent or approved transportation person who must sign them in.

o Student is only allowed in the building when signed in by parent/guardian, NO EXCEPTIONS

o Student is to report to the counselor in the RP/Media Center.

o Student is to stay in the RP/Media Center until 8:43 am (end of first period).

o Three "tardies" will lead to 1 demerit.

o If your child is not in the classroom when the second bell rings your student will be marked late

Procedimientos de llegada - Favor de leerlo y compratir con sus hijos.

  • Todos los estudiantes entran a través de la entrada trasera entre las 7:30 am y las 8:00 am.
  • La escuela no es responsable por estudiantes dejados antes de las 7: 30 am.
  • Ningún estudiante debe salir de la escuela después de la llegada sin permiso de la administración.
  • Las clases comienzan a las 8:00 am para la escuela primaria, secundaria y preparatoria. (k-12)
  • Las llegadas tardías:

o La puerta trasera se cierra a las 8:05 am el estudiante debe de estar antes de las 8:05 adentro de su salón para no ser marcado tarde.

o Los estudiantes que llegan después de 8:05 am deben reportarse a la oficina principal con el padre/ guardián legal o compañía de transporte.

o El estudiante sólo estará permitido entrar al edificio cuando su padre/ guardián legal y / o compañía de transporte entre y firme , SIN EXCEPCIONES.

o EL estudiante no podrá ir al salón de clase e interrumpir. Sino que deberá pasar a la biblioteca con el Consejero escolar - RP / Biblioteca.

o El estudiante debe de permanecer en el RP / Biblioteca hasta 8:43 am (final del primer período ) .

o Tres " llegadas tarde " conducirán a un demérito .
o Estudiantes tardes entre periodos. Si el estudiante luego de la segunda campana no ha llegado a su salón será marcado tarde.
